This website is the property of Launch Websites and is protected by copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
Users must retain all copyright and trademark notices, including any other proprietary notices contained in the materials, and Users agree not to alter, obscure or obliterate any of such notices. None of the content or data found in this Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, transferred, modified or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Launch Websites, its licensors and/or its third party providers and distributors. Trademarks, logos, images, html code and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of Launch Websites. Users agree not to display or use such marks without prior written consent of Launch Websites.

General Terms
Changes to Agreement and Services: Launch Websites reserves the right to change this Agreement, Launch Websites services, and Launch Websites charges at any time.
Launch Websites shall not change any current 12 month payment plans charges already set up during this process.

General Warranties and Undertakings
1. Launch Websites accepts liability for the supply of the Service to the client to the extent provided in this agreement.
2. Launch Websites does not warrant that:
a. The Services provided within this agreement will be uninterrupted or error free;
b. The Services will meet your requirements, other than as expressly set out in this agreement;
c. The Services will not be subjected to external hacking attempts, viruses, worms, denial of service attacks, or other persons gaining unauthorised access to the Service.
3. Launch Websites does not make or give any express or implied warranties including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice, with respect to any goods or services provided under or incidental to this agreement.
4. No oral or written information or advice given by Launch Websites or its resellers, agents, representatives or employees, to the Client, shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of the express warranties hereby given, and the client should not rely on any such information or advice.
5. In no event will Launch Websites be liable to the client for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.

The current payment terms are as follows:
Website packages are provided on a 12 month, paid monthly contract.
All payment subscriptions are processed through PayPal.

* On completion of 12 months/Full payment term you will have an option to take your website with you or continue by subscribing to a new package.
* All content, unless stipulated in Client's package, must be supplied by Client including logos, videos, text etc before construction begins.

* Images are to be hi-resolution and sent separately. Text to be on notepad.

* 2x email accounts for Business and Premium websites.

* Set-up website: 50hrs. Further work will be quoted

Domain Names
Launch Websites requires the domain name of all proposed packages to be registered or transferred to Launch Websites.
Domain Names shall be remain locked for the entire 12 month/full payment term contract. Domain Names will be unlocked at the request of clients fulfilling the entire full price of website package.

Support Services
Support Services means commercially reasonable technical support and assistance to maintain website function, including correcting any errors or deficiencies, but shall not include the development of enhancements to the website or other services outside the scope of the proposal. During the first 12 months Launch Websites will assist with one content text edit per month.
Please note: All packages that include unlimited pages, Launch Websites will set up the first 10 pages (information websites) and 10 products (e-commerce websites).
In completion of the first 12 months following expiration of this agreement (“Support Period”), if any, Launch Websites shall provide continued support option subscriptions available.

SEO Services
Launch Websites will provide Client with Search Engine Optimisation Services (hereinafter referred to as “SEO”) as described in this contract. Launch Websites will

modify the title tags, meta tags, contents, HTML code, naming conventions and other on page factors of a clients website to make it relevant to search engines for targeted keywords. We do keyword placement to attract additional traffic. Client's website, all accounts must be current and paid to date to receive SEO services.

Launch Websites SEO services are intended to provide the Client with increased exposure in search engines.
Generally search engines take 3-4 weeks to index your website, once your website is live and your SEO has been optimised. We then allow 6-8 weeks to get initial rankings. If you have a business with high competition, we expect initial indexing at pages 5-8, if business competition is low, we expect initial indexing pages 3-4.
Launch Websites continues to review and monitor the website over the 12 month period.
